As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary focus will be to establish and maintain solid relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. You will be the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service and building a positive reputation for our company.

Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via phone, email, or live chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Provide information and educate customers about our products and services.

Qualifications
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI environment.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office.
