Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Manager Horticulture to join our team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will support the management of horticultural operations, overseeing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest standards of plant cultivation and care.



You will play a key role in optimizing productivity while maintaining quality and sustainability across all horticultural operations.
• Supervise and coordinate horticultural staff to ensure effective execution of cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting activities
• Monitor plant health, growth, and development; identify and address pest and disease issues promptly
• Manage soil preparation, nutrient management, and irrigation systems to optimize growing conditions
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and best practices in horticultural operations
• Assist in planning and scheduling seasonal planting, maintenance, and harvesting activities
• Maintain accurate records of crop performance, resource utilization, and operational metrics
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and growing areas to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
