Your Impact
As Splunk Platform Architect, you will serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to service provider leaders across the region.
You will bridge complex telecommunications and network challenges with modern data platforms, observability, and AI to transform operations and monetize digital capabilities.
• Engage service provider executives and senior technical stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges, and transformation goals. Explore areas of focus and uncover customer pain points. Once discovered, shape data and AI strategies for network operations, service assurance, customer experience, automation, security, and business operations.
• Design and communicate solution architectures spanning telemetry, observability, security data, network data, enterprise data platforms, analytics, and AI.
• Translate complex service provider challenges into practical platform strategies, solution architecture and working prototypes.
