As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design and development of core systems that drive lifecycle engagement of the company, personalized marketing automation (Martech), and strategic partnership integrations. You'll own large-scale, high-concurrency systems end-to-end—from real-time event tracking and reward engines to partner sync pipelines—operating with autonomy and shaping the technical architecture of our ecosystem. This role is ideal for engineers who excel at solving complex distributed data problems, building scalable backend services, and mentoring others toward engineering excellence.

• Design and build scalable, resilient microservices that power JioStar's engagement triggers, and partner integrations.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex backend projects, from technical design to deployment and monitoring
• Write high-quality, maintainable code, and ensure rigorous testing and fault tolerance
• Drive architectural decisions and influence long-term engineering strategy for the team
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into tech solutions
