Sales Executive – PACT 2

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth within our IT Services sector. This pivotal role focuses on cultivating strong client partnerships, expanding our business portfolio, and managing the entire sales lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in acquiring new B2B clients, generating qualified leads, and ensuring the steady expansion of our sales pipeline, directly contributing to the company's revenue targets and market presence.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive business development strategies and market research.

• Deliver compelling sales presentations and effectively communicate value propositions to potential stakeholders.

• Oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely conversion of opportunities.

• Execute targeted B2B sales initiatives to secure recent contracts and partnerships.





• Generate high-quality leads and conduct prospecting activities to build a robust funnel of potential clients.

• Drive the client acquisition process from initial contact through to contract finalization.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Proven work experience of 2 to 4 years in a sales-focused role.

• Demonstrated expertise in Client Relationship Management and fostering trust with business partners.

• Strong background in Business Development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills capable of influencing key decision-makers.

• Proficiency in managing Sales Pipelines and utilizing CRM tools effectively.

• Solid experience in B2B Sales environments and navigating complex sales cycles.

• Skilled in Lead Generation and Prospecting techniques to identify and engage potential customers.
