Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Functions:
• Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth execution of tasks, including the coordination of division events and related logistics.

• Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and update documentation, records, and databases.

• Coordinate with the Transport Office and helpdesk to address employee requests, resolve service issues, and support day-to-day workplace operations.
• Manage employee coordination and procurement activities, including purchase requests, order tracking, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

Metrics Management:
• Develop and implement systems to track and report key performance metrics, including recurring reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for leadership.

Initiative and Program Tracking:
• Plan, execute,



and monitor various initiatives and programs within the division.
• Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each project.
• Ensure projects stay on track and within scope, budget, and time constraints.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues as they arise.

Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, events, and collaboration sessions with stakeholders.

• Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and outcomes.

Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and cooperation.

• Foster a positive and productive working setting.
• Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project man
