Purpose of the role

The role supports the regional Transfer Pricing team in managing transfer pricing compliance, advisory, risk and governance activities across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, North Africa and Türkiye (MENAT). The role holder will work with Tax, Finance,



Operations and business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to support consistent application of the HSBC transfer pricing framework and relevant local requirements. This is a hands-on role requiring sound technical judgement, robust execution discipline and the ability to convert complex transfer pricing matters into clear, practical outputs for stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• Support the preparation and review of local transfer pricing documentation, transfer pricing returns and related reporting requirements across relevant Asia-Pacific (in particular Hong Kong) and MENAT jurisdictions, in line with local legislation, the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and HSBC policy.

• Coordinate data collection and validation with Finance, Operations, business teams and external advisers; maintain clear supporting files, audit trails and delivery trackers.
