Manager, PDS BI&T; Analytics Operations

Summary:
This role will play a crucial role in managing a team that supports operational analytics across PDS to ensure products continue to serve most pressing PDS analytics needs, with potential opportunities to build new advanced analytics capabilities to build in state of art solutions. Manager for this cutting-edge Analytics team should have a strong interest in solving business problems, and an eagerness to work on all parts of the analytics value chain,



from partnering with IT on data pipelines to scaling and deploying analytics solution (having a thorough knowledge in Business Intelligence Space) in the service of our patients around the world.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Operate with a high degree of independence and accountability—setting priorities, making critical decisions, and delivering outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Provide strategic and technical analytical solutions for the identification, development, and deployment of Data & Analytics solutions across PDS BI&T;, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and enterprise initiatives as well as harmony with BMS enterprise platforms and governance (e.g., model/platform reuse, safety & privacy reviews, data access controls, usage/cost monitoring).
