Responsibilities:
The key roles and responsibilities for this position would include the following: • Responsibilities for projects in the Benchmarking domain: Understand client business priorities and challenges with a view to translate into data driven metrics and analysis.
• Assess Client's business and technology operations (e.g. SLAs and other operational metrics) to compare to best-in-industry operational metrics
• Conduct data analysis, modeling and create visualizations to develop and share recommendations.
• Enhance existing data sets and platforms with current features and data.
• Develop new tools and data sets to support additional areas
• Develop a narrative around data captured to identify key mark
