Job Description
- Support the CEO in strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- Conduct business research, operational analysis, and industry tracking.
- Monitor strategic priorities and support company-wide strategy execution.
- Lead and coordinate special projects focused on business improvement and operational effectiveness.
- Drive cross-functional engagement with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Conduct competitor intelligence and benchmarking exercises.
- Prepare executive presentations, meeting agendas, pre-reads, and management reports.
- Facilitate ExCom and operational committee governance processes.
- Ensure effective tracking of key decisions, actions, and project outcomes.
- Develop CEO MIS reports and maintain structured business intelligence databases.





The Successful Applicant
- Engineering graduate with an MBA from a reputed institution.
- 6years of experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, CEO's Office, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of strategy and P&L; management.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated strength in planning, organisation, and influencing stakeholders.
- Exposure to strategic initiatives, business performance tracking, and executive reporting preferred
