We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of Artificial Intelligence - Risk Advisory and Governance Manager

In this role, you will:

• As an Artificial Intelligence Risk Advisory Subject Matter Expert, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding HSBC’s adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies.



You’ll be responsible for reviewing and challenging Generative Artificial Intelligence use cases from a holistic risk perspective, ensuring robust oversight across model risk, data risk, cyber risk, technology risk, and other emerging risk types.

• You’ll work closely with business, technology, and risk teams to ensure that Artificial Intelligence solutions are deployed safely, ethically, and in line with HSBC’s risk appetite and regulatory expectations.

• You’ll also help business navigate the governance required for use cases to be brought from ideation to production, ensuring that the right procedures and processes are being followed and helping navigate the multiple risk areas.

• Risk Frameworks: Help Develop, enhance, and implement risk management assessments and controls tailored to Generative Artificial Intelligence and advanced machine learning applications in conjunction with other colleagues across the bank.

• Governance: Help drive the governance lifecycles supporting with use case
