SAP PP/QM Consultant

Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SAP PP/QM Consultant to lead complex manufacturing solutions within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will leverage over a decade of specialized experience to drive functional excellence, oversee end-to-end implementation lifecycles, and ensure seamless integration of production planning and quality management processes. This position is critical for organizations aiming to optimize their discrete manufacturing operations through strategic process redesign, robust configuration, and the successful execution of greenfield projects and large-scale template rollouts.
Responsibilities

- Facilitate direct client engagement to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality consulting services.

- Lead Agile and Scrum initiatives using Azure Dev Ops (ADO) to streamline project delivery and enhance team collaboration.

- Develop comprehensive functional specifications and create detailed training documentation to support user adoption and system proficiency.

- Execute data migration strategies and drive continuous process optimization to improve operational efficiency.

- Spearhead greenfield implementations and manage the rollout of standardized templates across multiple locations.





- Perform advanced configuration for Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, ensuring accurate master data governance.

- Oversee the management of discrete manufacturing production orders to ensure alignment with business goals and production schedules.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Minimum of 10 years of skilled experience within the IT Services industry, specifically in SAP manufacturing solutions.

- Proven expertise in SAP PP and QM configuration, including deep knowledge of master data management.

- Strong proficiency in client-facing interactions with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Azure Dev Ops (ADO) platform.

- Demonstrated track record in creating functional specifications and delivering effective training materials.

- Solid background in data migration projects and business process optimization initiatives.

- Extensive experience in managing greenfield implementations and executing template rollouts for discrete manufacturing environments.
