Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Order-Based Planning (OBP), Supply Planning, and Real-Time Integration (RTI). The candidate should have experience configuring SAP IBP solutions, integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, and supporting end-to-end supply chain planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and implement SAP IBP Order-Based Planning and Supply Planning solutions.

- Configure OBP planning profiles, planning runs, heuristics, and optimizer settings.

- Work on supply planning, deployment planning, capacity constraints, and demand prioritization.

- Configure and maintain master data, including products, locations, resources, transportation lanes, BOMs, and Production Data Structures (PDS).

- Implement and support Real-Time Integration (RTI) between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.

- Configure RTI integration profiles and monitor data replication, integration jobs, and errors.

- Troubleshoot integration issues, data inconsistencies, and planning failures.

- Work with source of supply, sourcing ratios, pegging, and forecast consumption.

- Support end-to-end testing, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production support.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to improve supply planning processes.

Mandatory Skills





- Robust hands-on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP).

- Expertise in Order-Based Planning (OBP) and Response & Supply.

- Strong knowledge of SAP IBP Supply Planning and planning algorithms.

- Practical experience with RTI integration and SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.

- Experience configuring OBP planning runs, heuristics, and optimization profiles.

- Knowledge of SAP supply chain processes, master data, and integration troubleshooting.

- Experience in SAP IBP implementation, enhancements, or production support.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with SAP CPI-DS integration.

- Knowledge of SAP APO SNP or PP/DS.

- Experience with SAP IBP Web UI and Excel-based planning views.

- Knowledge of deployment planning, product allocation, and subcontracting.

- SAP IBP certification.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Proven experience delivering hands-on SAP IBP configuration and support.

Candidates should be able to explain their actual project experience in:

- SAP IBP OBP configuration and planning runs.

- RTI setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- SAP S/4HANA or ECC integration.

- Supply planning algorithms and optimization.

- Master data configuration, source of supply, and pegging.
