Hiring Immediately Accounts Executive (Accounts payable) For a Reputed Company located in Prabhadevi, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices in SAP accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Ensure correct application and compliance related to GST, RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism), and TDS.
• Track and ensure timely payments to MSME vendors in compliance with the MSMED Act
• Verify and process employee reimbursement claims in accordance with company policies and tax regulations.
• Check and clear open advances and debit balance in the vendor and employee ledger.
• Perform monthly and quarterly vendor account reconciliations; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate with vendors and employees regarding payment status, discrepancies, and clarifications.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, RCM, TDS, MSME-related compliances, and employee reimbursement processes.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including journal entries and ledger management.
• Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with vendors and employees.-
Working Days: Monday to FridaySaturday Work from homeWorking Hours: 10 am to 7 pm OR 9 am to 6 pm
Mode of Interview: Online
SAP knowledge is compulsory
Salary:B Com - UPTO 5 Lakh PAM com - UPTO 7 Lakh PA
