Job Description:

1. IT Infrastructure, Systems & Network Management

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, networks, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, and end-user devices.

- Ensure system availability, performance, reliability, and timely resolution of infrastructure issues.

- Lead infrastructure upgrades, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and technical documentation.

- Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle, including procurement, allocation, tracking, warranties, AMC renewals, retrieval, upgrades, and secure disposal.

- Coordinate with internet service providers, hardware vendors, and technology partners.

2. Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Management

- Administer Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365, including device enrollment, configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, licensing, user administration, and security settings.

- Manage the complete endpoint lifecycle, including laptop provisioning, imaging, operating system deployment, patching, software installation, upgrades, and remote troubleshooting.

- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring timely provisioning and de-provisioning of devices, accounts, application access, and permissions.

- Administer Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID, including user accounts, groups, role-based access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), privileged access, and periodic access reviews.

- Ensure secure and consistent access to Microsoft 365 applications, business tools, and collaboration platforms.

3. Cybersecurity, Compliance & Business Continuity

- Manage Kaspersky endpoint security and related cybersecurity controls, including malware protection, security alerts, patch compliance, vulnerability remediation,



and incident response.

- Investigate and respond to security incidents involving malware, phishing, compromised accounts, suspicious activities, and endpoint breaches.

- Implement and maintain security policies, access controls, MFA, preventive measures, and endpoint protection standards.

- Maintain IT security, infrastructure, asset, access, and audit documentation to support internal and external audits.

- Monitor backup integrity, validate recovery readiness, and support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.

4. IT Operations, Service Delivery & Vendor Management

- Provide timely and skilled IT support to employees and senior management, prioritizing incidents based on business impact.

- Act as the primary escalation point for complex hardware, software, infrastructure, connectivity, and system-related issues.

- Manage technology vendors, AMC providers, hardware suppliers, Microsoft partners, and external service providers.

- Oversee meeting-room technology, video conferencing, and workplace IT systems.

- Establish and maintain IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), asset and license records, and infrastructure reports.

- Track operational metrics such as system uptime, incident resolution time, patch compliance, device compliance, backup success rates, and asset accuracy.

- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, standardize processes, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize IT operations.

5. IT Automation & AI Enablement

- Identify opportunities to automate routine IT administration, endpoint management, monitoring, reporting, and user support.

- Leverage scripting, automation platforms, and AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency while maintaining appropriate security and access controls.
