1: Job Purpose Statement Lead the design, implementation and delivery of Salesforce (SFDC/SFMC) solutions, coordinating with software development teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable integrations and platform capabilities.

2: Duties & Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, solution design, technical design documentation, implementation and delivery of SFDC solutions.

Own Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, data migration, Cloud Connectors and integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms.

Provide hands-on technical leadership across Process Builder, Flows, Triggers and Salesforce customization.

Design and build integrations between SFDC/SFMC and third-party fintech applications or data sources.

Coordinate with software development teams and communicate solution concepts, progress and outcomes to project stakeholders.

Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, including Email Studio and Journey Builder; exposure to Data Views, Discover Reports, Analytics Builder and Einstein Engagement is desirable.

Apply understanding of digital marketing KPIs, email marketing, PPC, conversion metrics and reporting where relevant to SFMC solutions.

Drive technical design quality, code reviews, release management and production support for Salesforce solutions.

Guide developers and support resolution of complex Salesforce implementation and integration issues.

3: Key Challenges

Delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across integrated enterprise and fintech platforms.

Managing complex integrations,



data migration and platform customizations while maintaining solution quality.

Balancing delivery timelines, stakeholder expectations and production support requirements.

4: Decision Making Authority

Independent: Technical design recommendations, configuration/customization approaches, integration recommendations and code-quality improvements.

Consultative: Major architecture choices, platform changes, release decisions and cross-platform integration design with relevant stakeholders.

5: List of internal and external stakeholders the role is expected to interact with to execute duties effectively

Internal: Technology, software development/support teams, business/project stakeholders and relevant platform teams.

External: Salesforce / implementation partners, fintech application partners and other technology vendors, as applicable.

6: Job Requirements Skilled Qualification Knowledge Skills:

Experience: 8+ years of hands-on SFDC and SFMC implementation experience, ideally involving integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms.

Education: Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline preferred.
