Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, Linked In, email outreach, and networking.
- Research prospective clients and engage key decision-makers.
- Sell software products, SaaS solutions, and custom software development services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain client relationships and a robust sales pipeline.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an MBA is preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in software sales, IT services sales, SaaS sales, or technology business development.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, new client acquisition,



and deal closure.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.
