We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to provide technical direction for secure medical connectivity software. The role combines hands-on software engineering with architecture, technical decision-making, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will bring robust experience in Linux-based software development, cybersecurity, networking, and software quality. Experience in medical-device software or another regulated industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities




• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for secure, Linux-based medical connectivity solutions.

• Remain hands-on in software design, implementation, code review, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.

• Guide the development of secure, reliable, maintainable, and testable software across the product lifecycle.

• Mentor engineers and promote strong engineering practices, including secure coding, automation, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with product management, architecture, quality, regulatory, cybersecurity, and global development teams.

• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges while supporting applicable quality and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related discipline.
