The Challenge

An experienced compliance professional who will oversee compliance with our Global Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, third-party risk screening and diligence, and anti-corruption compliance for our India-based studios and operations.



This role will also support the daily operations of the New York-based global compliance program within our legal department, including assisting with global training campaigns via the LRN platform, policy updates, and the daily operations of our global compliance program’s initiatives.

The ideal candidate will learn quickly and diligently within an active compliance function, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and work independently and professionally while knowing when to seek guidance. The role will work closely with legal, HR, audit, procurement and other business teams across the Company and its labels.

What You’ll Take On

India-Specific Third-Party Compliance & Due Diligence

• Perform due diligence of potential India-based suppliers and vendors

• Conduct periodic audits of existing India-based vendors and suppliers to ensure strict adherence to our Supplier Code of Conduct

• Assist with compliance assessments, audits, investigations and other projects
