As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary focus will be to establish and maintain robust relationships with our domestic customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and offering excellent support to resolve any issues they may have.

Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive and satisfactory outcome.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
• Build and maintain a database of customer information and preferences.
• Stay updated with the latest products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Identify and escalate potential customer risks or concerns to the appropriate teams.




• Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
