Accountabilities:

• Draft, review,



and negotiate commercial contracts and related legal documents in English with international customers and business partners.

• Provide practical legal advice to Sales, Finance, Tax, Compliance, Information Security, and Product Management teams on commercial transactions and contractual risks.

• Identify, assess, and help mitigate legal and business risks associated with customer agreements, commercial negotiations, and business operations.

• Ensure the consistent interpretation and application of internal legal policies, contractual standards, and business practices.

• Support commercial teams worldwide by delivering timely, clear, and commercially appropriate legal guidance.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to balance legal protections with business objectives and facilitate successful commercial outcomes.
