Role Summary:

We have an exciting prospect for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our Talent Services Administration Team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Administrator to enhance and manage daily recruitment-related activities.



This position includes overseeing new hire records, documentation, and supporting the overall administration of HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Talent Acquisition Administration and be enthusiastic about assisting with broader HR functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update candidate records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare Human Resources-related reports and Management Information Systems (MIS) as necessary.

• Process and maintain internal employee movements, including transfers, promotions, and role changes, ensuring accurate system updates.

• Update and maintain employee records within HR systems, ensuring all changes are accurately captured and compliant with company policies.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as HR, IT
