Job Description
- Lead overall plant operations with accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale.
- Drive achievement of production, quality, customer service, and profitability objectives.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement programs.
- Improve productivity, OEE, throughput, and overall plant utilization.
- Manage plant budgets, financial performance, cost optimization, and productivity enhancement programs.
- Ensure adherence to customer quality standards, regulatory requirements, and operational compliance.




- Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives across production, quality, and supply chain functions.
- Drive Industry 4.0, automation, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Lead capacity expansion, greenfield/brownfield projects, and capital expenditure execution.
- Support new product launches, customer programs, and process implementation.
- Develop and mentor plant leadership teams while strengthening succession pipelines.
- Foster a culture of accountability, employee engagement, and high performance.
- Build strong relationships with OEM customers and key internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 18-22 years of experience in automotive or automotive component manufacturing.
- Strong exposure to Production, Maintenance, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Plant Finance.
