As a Senior Software Engineer (Team Lead), you will lead a development squad in designing, building, and delivering high-quality software solutions that improve supply chain operations. You will combine hands-on software engineering with technical leadership, ensuring projects meet quality standards and delivery timelines. Working within an Agile environment, you will guide architectural decisions, promote coding best practices, and mentor developers to strengthen team performance. You will contribute directly to feature development, bug resolution, and continuous improvement across modern software applications. Using technologies such as C#, .NET, microservices, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, you will help build scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
