As a Credit/Infra Associate you will support tax compliance work within our Tax Services practice, focusing on validating client tax data, preparing and filing returns, and reviewing financial information tied to compliance obligations. As an Associate you will build your skills by contributing to client engagements, adapting to wide-ranging assignments, asking questions,
and taking ownership of quality work while learning from more experienced team members. In this role at PwC, you will work within our Tax Compliance practice and General Tax Consulting network, helping deliver practical support on tax planning, compliance, and strategy tasks while developing commercial awareness and a clearer understanding of how client needs shape day-to-day work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the calculation of State and Foreign (IRC 1446, IRC 1441) tax withholdings
• Assist in the review of non-resident state withholding waivers forms
• Review the following tax forms: 1065, 1120, 588, 1099, W-8, 8832, 8875, 8865, 8937, 8082, 966
• Perform Federal K-1 schedule and State K-1 schedule review for all Partners
• Prepare and review tax work papers that calculate partnership taxable income
• Gather and analyze financial information from underlying portfolio companies
• Track partnership/partner tax basis
