As a Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end Order to Cash process, with a specific focus on Cash Application and International Invoice Processing. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing payment handling, ensuring timely and accurate cash application, and contributing to the overall success of our back-office operations.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Order to Cash process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee Cash Application, including reconciling payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
• Handle International Invoice Processing, ensuring compliance with global regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payment handling and improve overall cash flow.
• Implement and maintain robust processes for payment tracking and reporting.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.




• Provide training and support to junior team members on payment-related processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a back-office or finance department.
• Robust knowledge of accounting principles and practices, especially in the Order to Cash domain.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and financial software for payment processing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
