You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, working closely with travel trade and commercial partners to grow Etihad’s market share, strengthen customer loyalty, and deliver against ambitious sales targets.

What you’ll do




As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play an important role in driving Etihad’s commercial performance across your assigned portfolio, developing existing partnerships while actively identifying opportunities to grow our business.
You’ll build trusted relationships with customers, understand their commercial needs, and develop tailored sales approaches that deliver value for both our partners and Etihad.
Using sales performance data, market intelligence, and customer insights, you’ll identify opportunities, influence commercial decisions, and take ownership of delivering results.
