Responsibilities:

As BPO Digital Integration Mgr – Supply Chain Business, you will:

• Own and govern a prioritized digital integration and automation workplan within the existing supply chain scope. Assess business impact, control risk, urgency and operational dependencies; agree priorities,



milestones and acceptance criteria with business and IT stakeholders, and escalate competing demands through established governance.
• Lead business-side triage and root-cause resolution of PLAN Comind issues involving IT BI, Data Lake, Interfaces and MDM. Prioritize tickets within agreed business/IT governance, coordinate accountable technical owners, track resolution and validate business recovery. Drive corrective actions and prevention of recurring issues.
• Own the business-side requirements, operating effectiveness and exception follow-up for automated audit checks for every SP run and month-end cycle. Agree validation rules and escalation criteria with relevant owners; ensure discrepancies trigger alerts to Supply Chain IT and Data Lake teams, and track remediation to closure.
