Your Role

The Artwork Planning Lead is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple packaging artwork projects, from design through to print production, for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. With over 10 years of experience and a strong background in project management, this individual will lead cross-functional meetings to align priorities, allocate resources effectively, and enhance artwork management efficiency.

This role requires the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, Sourcing, Supply, Design, and Operations, to ensure the successful delivery of current products to market.



The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing artwork development and the production process within a CPG company or a related industry.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Lead and oversee the multiple packaging artwork projects from design through to print package.

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (marketing, design, R&D;, regulatory, supply chain) and external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers).

• Sets agenda, and clearly defines cross-functional responsibilities from project start to completion.

• Facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

• Maintain up-to-date records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets. This includes tracking milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the original plan.

• Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays in the artwork development proces
