Job Description

This role sits at the intersection of domain expertise and commercial impact – driving the growth of analytics and activation practice while being anchored in research thinking and conceptualizing/modifying solutions to address client's business problem.
Responsibilities
1) Solution Ownership and Commercial Growth
Accountable for A&A; portfolio including Route to Market, RTM (Distribution Optimization, Market Prioritization, Precision Areas/Grids, Store Clustering etc.) and Revenue Growth Management, RGM (including Line and price optimizer, Bases Price Advisor, Pricing Conjoint and Custom PnP)
Work closely with India SAI sales team and EEMEA practice area experts to define outreach for the above:
• Identify the solutions with the highest revenue prospect

• Ensure India needs are met in product development & marketing roadmap

• Provide India team the visibility to product plans and timelines

• Providing necessary training to the commercial team to enable strong client engagement across RTM and RGM solutions.

2) Solution Enablement




Build a strong India community around A&A; solutions’ portfolio:
• A community that is formed with Sales & Delivery teams

• Share best practices from A&A; teams in other markets or best practices followed across clients within India
• Create and maintain central repository to enable the community

Partner with the India A&A; practice leader to build and execute the Go-to Market plans for A&A; solutions under remit:
• Campaign calendar (including client roadshows / outreach) & content

• Commercial Decks / Proposal Decks

• Solution One pagers/Flyers

• Create and coordinate Thought Leadership, Webinars and Industry Events (with Inside Sales support)

• Product kit adaptation to India: Rate cards, Commercial Policies and Discounts, Communication kit (one-pagers, detailed product presentation etc).

Ensure that India Client business partners are enabled with best-in-class training materials:
• Ensure sales decks & ‘pitch p
