The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary technology executive to serve as Head of Technology – Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional banking, India. This executive will lead the India-based engineering organization supporting the bank's Wealth, Commercial, Corporate and Institutional Banking products and platforms.
As a key member of the global WCIB technology leadership team and the India GCC leadership team, this leader will be responsible for building and scaling world-class engineering capabilities, driving digital transformation, modernizing platforms, accelerating product delivery,



and establishing India as a strategic innovation and engineering hub.
The role requires an exceptional combination of technology expertise, organizational leadership, talent development, and executive stakeholder management. The successful candidate will partner closely with global business technology leaders to deliver customer-centric solutions, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen the bank's wealth management capabilities.
