Job Description

Revenue & Business Growth
- Own and deliver revenue targets for the assigned vertical.
- Define and execute growth strategies to accelerate market penetration.

Enterprise Sales Leadership
- Lead large, complex enterprise sales engagements from prospecting through closure.
- Build trusted relationships with CXOs, business heads, and senior stakeholders.

Strategic Account Growth
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across key accounts.
- Build long-term customer partnerships and executive sponsorship.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across Sales and Key Account Management.

Business Planning & Stakeholder Management
- Create business plans, revenue forecasts, and growth roadmaps.
- Monitor key commercial metrics including pipeline health,



conversion rates, deal size, and revenue achievement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership to execute strategic priorities.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Strategic Account Management, or Revenue Leadership roles.
- Solid background in SaaS, enterprise software, technology solutions, or consultative selling.
- Demonstrated success in owning large revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Experience managing and developing Sales and Account Management teams.
- Strong executive presence with proven CXO engagement and negotiation capabilities.
- Commercially astute with exceptional business planning and execution skills.
- Track record of closing high-value enterprise deals and scaling strategic accounts.
