Our client is a well-reputed Pharma MNC with their strong global footprint across and is present in the global markets a with diversified business portfolio. They are looking for a seasoned lawyer to lead the legal and compliance function based out of Mumbai, India.

Job Description
- Provide legal and strategic guidance on commercial, regulatory, compliance, and business matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts and business agreements.
- Manage disputes, investigations, litigation, and external counsel while mitigating legal and business risks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, policies, governance frameworks, and risk management initiatives.
- Advise on ethics, regulatory compliance, data privacy, competition law, anti-corruption, and other legal risk areas.
- Strong understanding of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act and Rules, DPCO and NPPA pricing regulations, UCPMP and other relevant laws.




- Monitor legal and regulatory developments, deliver stakeholder training, and support key business initiatives and decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- A degree in law from a recognised institution.
- Experience in legal and compliance roles within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations in India.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
