The Role
The R&D; Engineer (Laboratory) will support Carbon Clean's Research function, developing new solvents and processes using bespoke equipment within our purpose-built laboratory at the Global Innovation Centre in Navi Mumbai. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of laboratory equipment that enables the development of cutting-edge CO2 capture technologies, working closely with the Research and Technology teams to deliver objectives aligned with the company's strategic goals.





Success in this role will be defined by the quality, repeatability, and safety of experimental data generated, and the pace and rigour of solvent and process development.
What does success look like:
· 100% on-time completion of technical activities, including lab experiments and testing.
· Consistently producing and validating high-quality data and research outputs.
· 100% compliance with scientific review, safety and technical governance processes.
