QA Engineer Manufacturing Process Validation Job Description Who you are/: Create, maintain, and update the plant's QMS in accordance with ISO/IATF guidelines. During NPI cycles, oversee the Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process submissions. In order to identify potential risks and mitigating controls, oversee DFMEA and PFMEA workshops. As the management representative for customer quality audits and certification body surveillance reviews, oversee both internal and external quality audit initiatives. Oversee 8D Root Cause Analysis investigations, handle formal quality complaints, oversee customer quality assurance interfaces, and examine client specifications. Organise calibration schedules for all gauges and CMM equipment, supervise the Metrology lab, and guarantee measurement system analysis.



Use SPC frameworks to monitor manufacturing parameters that are essential to quality and minimise process variation. Encourage zero/-defect quality campaigns, Lean Six Sigma projects, 5S workplace organization, and continuous improvement programs throughout all manufacturing lines.
