Job Description

Tasks / Responsibilities:· Backend & Tool Development: Architect, develop, and maintain clean, highly reusable, and scalable backend services and code generation components using Python.· Team Integration: Actively collaborate as an integrated member of the MASAR backend team, aligning technical implementations with overall system patterns.· Design & Best Practices: Follow object-oriented design principles (SOLID) and standard design patterns to deliver maintainable and robust systems.· Testing & Quality Assurance:



Implement rigorous unit and integration testing frameworks using PyTest to ensure reliability and maintain high test-coverage standards.· CI/CD & Version Control: Efficiently utilize GIT for version control, branching, and code reviews, and integrate automation workflows via Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.· Agile Participation: Participate actively in all Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.Expected skill set(Top 5 must to have skills in the order of priority): Advanced Python Proficiency: Exceptional experience with up-to-date Python development, its libraries, and building structured CLI/backend services. OOPs & Design Patterns: Strong mastery of Object-Oriented Programming concepts, Design Patterns, and design principles (such as SOLID). Testing Frameworks: Expert-level knowledge of writing unit tests and utilizing test tools like PyTest for test automation. Version Control & CI/
