Job Summary

• As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist at Ventra Health, you will work alongside the TA Leader and provide full cycle recruiting for various segments within the enterprise. Manage a portfolio of positions that range from individual contributor to professional level.



This position also builds and manages relationships across various segments, develops robust candidate pipelines, and as part of the TA team, facilitates the hiring/onboarding process.

Essential Functions and Tasks

• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with hiring managers and TA team to facilitate the hiring process, assist with the identification of talent, and determine the direction and strategy of current openings.

• Serves as a positive and professional team member for the enterprise - speaking to the organization’s mission, vision, and culture.

• Leverages online recruiting sources and develops and maintains an extensive network of contacts from which to identify and source qualified candidates.

• Manages a high volume of positions, and reviews applicants to determine alignment of skills, experience, and knowledge with position requirement.

• Schedule intake calls with the hir
