As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging prospective mid-market customers. You will combine inbound lead qualification with proactive outbound prospecting to create valuable sales opportunities and build a strong pipeline. Through personalized outreach, strategic account research, and consultative conversations, you will uncover customer needs and introduce solutions that simplify global workforce management. Working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and other commercial teams, you will help move prospects through the early stages of the sales journey.
