Position Overview
Empower is seeking a Senior Analyst – Data Science to join the B2B Marketing Effectiveness team. This role will independently deliver analytical insights and measurement solutions to improve marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and business decision-making.
The position requires solid analytical problem-solving, ownership of end-to-end analyses, a commitment to developing junior analysts,



and the ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations. The ideal candidate has hands-on analytics experience and can partner effectively with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Analytical Responsibilities
• Own data extraction, cleaning, validation, and preparation for moderately complex analyses.
• Independently scope and execute analyses to address business questions, including ambiguous or multi-step requests.
• Apply exploratory and statistical analysis to identify drivers, trends, and performance opportunities.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and recurring reporting, including metric definitions and quality checks.
• Document analytical assumptions, methodologies, and findings to ensure reproducibility and data accuracy.

Marketing Performance Analysis
• Analyze campaign performance across B2B marketing channels and recommend optimizations based on evidence
