Why this role existsTrackier is looking for a Customer Success Qualified to manage and grow SMB and mid-market accounts across its Performance Marketing solutions. The role combines customer relationship management, commercial ownership, and AdTech expertise to drive retention, identify growth opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and build long-term customer partnerships.

What you'll do• Own a portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts, managing customer relationships throughout the ongoing account lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, acting as the primary point of contact for account-related matters.
• Drive customer retention and account growth by understanding business goals, monitoring account health, and proactively addressing churn risks.
• Identify and pursue upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct regular account reviews to evaluate performance, discuss business outcome
