New to Blue is our global colleague onboarding program, supporting colleagues as they join American Express or transition into new roles. We are reimagining New to Blue into a connected, scalable experience that brings together enterprise, business unit, and role learning, enabling colleagues to become effective, confident, and productive as quickly as possible.
About this role:
This TA Coordinator role is an opportunity to join the Recent to Blue team and support a welcoming, consistent onboarding experience for new colleagues and hiring leaders across American Express.
This role is focused on the day-to-day administrative execution of onboarding activities, including documentation, colleague follow-ups, welcome-kit coordination, and logistical support for New to Blue sessions.



The coordinator will work closely with colleagues, internal teams, facilitators, and vendors to ensure onboarding activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate pre- and post-boarding documentation activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely closure of requirements

• Maintain accurate colleague documentation and records, with timely follow-up on gaps or pending actions

• Coordinate welcome-kit inventory and distribution across India locations, ensuring availability and timely delivery

• Partner with vendors and internal teams to support seamless execution of onboarding-related requirements and resolve operational issues.
