About HiWox

HiWox is building a next-generation personalized wellness intelligence platform and Healthcare Operating System (HOS). The platform integrates data across nine dimensions of wellness and uses deterministic, explainable, evidence-backed algorithms to generate personalized wellness recommendations, programs, and actionable insights.

We are looking for an HR & Business Operations Officer to build the internal organisational systems, coordinate recruitment and team performance, and support day-to-day business operations as HiWox develops and expands its initial product and operating model.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Talent Management: Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and team coordination to build a committed founding team and support future hiring requirements.

- HR Systems & Performance Management: Establish HR policies, role descriptions, performance tracking systems, team accountability frameworks, documentation, and internal communication processes.

- Business Operations & Execution: Coordinate daily business activities, project timelines, meetings, operational priorities, and cross-functional execution to ensure timely delivery of organisational goals.

- Process Development & SOPs: Create standard operating procedures, workflow documentation,



reporting systems, and scalable processes to improve operational efficiency and accountability.

- Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with product developers, data scientists, healthcare experts, consultants, HiWox Captains, and external partners to support smooth execution across functions.

- Operational Reporting & MIS: Maintain business trackers, recruitment dashboards, performance reports, project updates, and management information systems to support data-driven decisions.

- Business Development Support: Assist with partner coordination, meeting schedules, institutional outreach, events, documentation, and follow-ups with gyms, clinics, corporates, and other stakeholders.

- Organisational Development: Help establish a productive, accountable, and execution-focused work culture while identifying operational gaps and recommending improvements as the venture grows.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in human resources, business operations, administration, project coordination, or organisational development.

- Strong communication, planning, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.





- Ability to establish systems and processes from the ground up in an early-stage startup.

- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, spreadsheets, HR tools, project management systems, and operational reporting.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate teams with different functional responsibilities.

- Interest in healthcare innovation, technology-driven businesses, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Equity-Based Engagement Terms

- This is an equity-based founding team opportunity, with no fixed salary at the current stage.

- Expected commitment: 20–25 hours per week.

- Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha, with on-site or hybrid engagement as mutually agreed.

- Fixed compensation may be introduced after funding and revenue stabilisation.

- Equity will be discussed based on expertise, contribution, responsibilities, and long-term commitment.

- Core founding team equity will be subject to a five-year vesting structure and mutually agreed terms.

- The selected candidate will have the opportunity to build HiWox's people management and business operations systems from an early stage.
