Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager – Supply Chain Management (SCM) to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations within the food industry. The ideal candidate should have approximately 15 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, production planning, and logistics management.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with SAP HANA, specifically the Planning Module, along with a strong understanding of food industry operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Sales, Production, Logistics, Marketing, Procurement, and other internal departments to ensure smooth business operations, optimum inventory levels, timely product availability, and efficient supply chain performance.

This role requires robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to align supply chain activities with business objectives and customer demand.

Key Responsibilities1. Supply Chain Planning and Management

- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Manage demand forecasting, supply planning, production planning, and inventory optimization.

- Ensure the timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

- Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Maintain an appropriate balance between customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels.





2. SAP HANA and Planning Module

- Utilize SAP HANA, particularly the Planning Module, for supply chain planning and operational decision-making.

- Monitor planning data, inventory information, material requirements, and production schedules.

- Generate and analyze reports to support demand forecasting and supply planning.

- Identify planning discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.

- Ensure accurate data management and effective utilization of SAP systems for improved operational efficiency.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market demand, sales forecasts, promotional activities, and customer requirements.

- Collaborate with Production teams to align manufacturing schedules with material availability and demand projections.

- Work with Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch, transportation, storage, and delivery of products.

- Coordinate with Procurement teams to ensure the timely sourcing of raw materials and packaging materials.

- Facilitate regular communication between departments to resolve supply chain issues and prevent operational delays.

4. Inventory and Logistics Management

- Optimize inventory levels while minimizing excess stock, shortages, and wastage.

- Monitor warehouse operations, stock movements,



dispatch schedules, and distribution activities.

- Ensure effective handling and storage of food products in accordance with applicable quality and safety requirements.

- Improve delivery performance and control logistics-related costs.

5. Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, forecast accuracy, order fulfillment, and delivery timelines.

- Analyze operational challenges and implement corrective and preventive measures.

- Prepare periodic management reports and provide recommendations for improving supply chain efficiency.

- Support cost optimization, productivity improvement, and standardization of supply chain processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Approximately 15 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management.

- Food industry experience is mandatory.

- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP HANA, specifically the Planning Module.

- Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, production planning, inventory control, procurement, and logistics.

- Proven experience in cross-functional coordination and supply chain optimization.

- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make data-driven operational decisions.
