A fast-scaling tech innovation firm in the startup incubation and venture building sector, we partner with early-stage founders to turn visionary ideas into fundable, scalable ventures. Our incubation programs combine strategic mentoring, product-market fit validation, and investor readiness workshops — all delivered through a remote-first, outcomes-driven model. We’re building the next wave of India’s tech unicorns and need a driven Incubation Manager to lead our cohort pipeline and founder success.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and run 12-week remote incubation programs for deep-tech and SaaS startups, including curriculum, milestone tracking, and founder check-ins.
- Onboard and mentor 15–25 early-stage founders per cohort, guiding them on product validation, go-to-market strategy, and pitch deck refinement.
- Partner with VCs, corporate innovation teams, and domain experts to curate guest sessions and investor pitch panels.
- Track KPIs (product launch rate, funding conversion, customer acquisition)
and iterate program design for higher founder throughput.
- Build and manage a remote community of alumni founders, facilitating knowledge-sharing, co-working, and peer-to-peer learning.
- Represent the incubator at virtual founder events, pitch competitions, and university innovation challenges across India.
