Job Role: Oracle HCM Support

Location: Remote

Experience: 5+ years

Contract Duration: 6 months renewable

Salary: Based on a day-rate arrangement

Mandatory: HCM modules, Talent Management, core HR and Payroll modules

Summary:

Oracle HCM Functional support resource to provide hands-on support across Oracle HCM modules and stakeholder engagement. The role requires a consultant with strong functional support capabilities who can analyze business requirements, provide functional solutions, and support key HCM processes, including Payroll and Quick Formula knowledge.

4. Compensation

5. Recruitment

6. Learning Management

7. Goals Management

8. Performance Management

Key Responsibilities:





· Production support and issue resolution

· Change requests and system configuration

· Documentation

· Oracle quarterly release testing

· Vendor and stakeholder coordination

· Reporting, HDL, BIP, OTBI, Fast Formula and integrations support

Required Experience & Skills:

· 8+ years relevant experience

· 5+ years Oracle Fusion HCM Functional support experience

· Experience across Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning and other HCM modules

· Strong OTBI, BIP, HDL, HCM Extracts and SQL skills

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
