2. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose technical issues, repair equipment/systems, and provide immediate in office solutions.
3. Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Act as the primary technical point of contact in the field, guiding clients, farmers, vendors, or local partners on operational practices and product/system usage.
4. Data Collection & Reporting: Record field data, maintain daily progress logs, and submit regular operational reports using mobile apps or CRM tools.
5. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all field activities adhere to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
