Job Description:

This role operates across both B2B (institutions, employers) and B2C (learners) sides of the platform.

As a Product Operations Associate, you will help design and implement badge strategies for organizations while ensuring learners are effectively engaged and progressing through structured skill pathways.

The role requires ecosystem thinking — understanding how institutional goals, employer requirements, and learner journeys connect to drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

B2B – Client Onboarding & Strategy

* Support onboarding of institutions and employers onto SOLO Network
* Design badge and credential strategies aligned with workforce or learning objectives
* Structure programs into clear skill pathways and career tracks

B2C – Learner Journey Design

* Map learning programs into engaging, outcome-driven learner journeys
* Ensure badges reflect real skill progression and career milestones
* Improve learner experience across onboarding, progression, and completion

Feature Enablement & Adoption





* Recommend platform features based on client use cases
* Guide clients in implementing badges, pathways, and engagement mechanisms
* Act as a translator between product capabilities and real-world use cases

Engagement & Performance Monitoring

* Track both client-level and learner-level engagement
* Identify drop-offs in learner journeys and adoption gaps in clients
* Suggest improvements to increase completion rates and platform usage

Outcome & Impact Tracking

* Help define success metrics across institutions and learners
* Ensure learning translates into credentials and credentials into outcomes
* Support reporting and insights for continuous improvement

Requirements Requirements

* Strong structured thinking and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to understand both business needs (B2B) and user experience (B2C)
* Good communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly to different stakeholders
* Interest in EdTech, skill development, or workforce ecosystems
* Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and basic analytics
* Proactive attitude with an ownership mindset
