Job Position: Senior Software Engineer Software Applications Lead

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

We are looking for a hands-on technical leader to drive software development for UAV/drone systems, including Ground Control Station (GCS), real-time telemetry, and flight-data analysis applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead software architecture, development, and technical delivery.
- Develop frontend applications using React/TypeScript and backend services using Node.js/Python.
- Integrate UAV communication protocols, telemetry, and hardware systems.
- Ensure application reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Lead and mentor the software engineering team.

Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in technical leadership.




- Solid React/TypeScript and backend development skills.
- Experience with real-time systems, APIs, and distributed applications.
- Knowledge of MAVLink or similar UAV protocols and TCP/UDP/WebSockets.
- Experience with software architecture, Git, testing, and CI/CD.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Good to have: Experience with drones/UAVs, Ground Control Stations, PX4, ArduPilot, video streaming, mapping tools, and cloud technologies.
