Job Description:

Position: Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager - Production

Location: Vapi

Experience: 12 - 15 Years

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, execute & supervise day-to-day aerosol production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the required quality and delivery schedules.
- Manage manpower, production capacity, raw materials, and equipment utilization
- Ensure compliance with GMP, , Quality, and Safety standards.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, R&D;, and Supply Chain teams.
- Investigate production deviations, breakdowns, and process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, reports, SOPs, and other relevant documentation.
- Train and develop production personnel and ensure adherence to company procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction,



and operational excellence initiatives.
- Candidates who independently faced Audits like WHO-GMP, IMS, ISO, Customer Audits will be preferable.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of aerosol production processes and manufacturing operations.
- Expertise in GMP, EHS, quality systems, and safety compliance.
- Experience in handling WHO-GMP audits independently.
- Ability to manage manpower, production planning, and resource utilization.
- Skills in troubleshooting, process improvement, cost reduction, and production documentation.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Chemical

Salary: - Upto 10.00 LPA
