Job Description
- Lead the collections and recoveries function across the organization.
- Develop and execute collections strategies to improve recovery performance.
- Drive delinquency management and portfolio quality metrics.
- Monitor collections performance through robust MIS and governance frameworks.
- Strengthen field collections processes and branch-level execution.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience in Collections and Recoveries.
- Strong experience within Gold Loan NBFCs, Banks, or Retail Lending organizations.
- Proven track record of managing collections operations and recovery performance.
- Strong understanding of secured lending and gold loan collections.
